Kids these days have so many choices. Go to any department store and see how vast the toy section is. If you ask any kid or teenager today what they want, they will probably tell you they want video games. Some of them may even want an expensive laptop to do internet games. Are there still any board games left like there were back in 70s? Do kids even know how a Monopoly game board looks like?
How would you then describe a Monopoly game board to a kid who has never even seen a game board? A monopoly game board is square shaped. There are small squares that go around the board. There are properties on some of the squares. If your pawn lands on one of the properties, you can buy them using your play money. When you play it you will know what it feels like to be a real millionaire.
