Longboarding is a fun type of sports for those who love skateboards. Longboard trucks are differential hardware that connects the wheels to the deck. They also act as the steering mechanism that helps the rider maneuver wherever he wants to go. As the rider controls the leaning from side to side, he can also control the direction of the board. These trucks are connected by hangers and polyurethane bushings that control the steering.
Trucks differ in many ways. The width of the hangers varies so as to accommodate the width of the longboard. They also differ in turning angles. A rider will develop his own riding styles and habits as he improves his skills. Eventually, he will find the right turning angle that corresponds to his own riding style.
