As a preschool teacher, I often have the not so easy task of keeping my students entertained and occupied. A bored class equals a chaotic class. This is why I have a whole bunch of finger puppets. I use them during story-telling or as object lessons. When I do, my students are all enraptured and captivated.
There’s a wide range of finger puppets available. They’re very affordable and most of them are easy to clean. I find it very helpful that by just putting on a finger puppet show, I can effectively teach my students the day’s lessons. A finger puppet can also help encourage interaction between my students. Such big results from such small things.
