Traxxas RC trucks

Wednesday, November 25th, 2009

I have the distinct privilege of being mom to both a son and a daughter. There’s no question that I love my children equally. However, I find it much easier to connect with my daughter, due to the obvious fact that we’re both girls. My son on the other hand likes to do different things than my daughter and I do. Definitely he doesn’t like to get his nails done, go shopping, or do crafts. Although as his mom I want to be sure to grab as many bonding moments with him as I do with my daughter. One activity that helped us to bond together is playing with Traxxas RC trucks.

Playing Traxxas RC trucks with my son makes me feel that my son and I are finally sharing one thing in common. Good thing my son loves to collect them too. This is where I realized that shopping for Traxxas RC trucks is a fun activity that we can enjoy doing together as well.

radio control truck

When I was growing up I can say that I was able to enjoy most of the toys that have become trends then and some until now. Like those diecast cars for instance. I had a big collection of them. I loved it so much that my uncles and aunts would send me different kinds of diecast for my birthdays. When I got a little older, my dad got me a radio control truck. It was a big semi truck that had its lights blaring all the time. This is when I started my fascination with radio control trucks.

Now that I’m a parent of my own, I want my son to have his own radio control truck. Although he’s just a little pass one year of age and I am already going to the toy stores looking for a radio control truck for him. I found one that’s bigger than him and it stands around two and half feet and about 3 feet in length. He can even sit inside the truck while I control it with the RC. When we tried it out, it seems I was enjoying it more than he does.

Have some father and son bonding times over toys made just for boys. If you have been wanting to own a monster truck in real life but can’t afford it, check out radio control trucks instead. These are rugged and tough when it comes to great off road performance.

One of the most popular types of radio control trucks is the off-road buggy. It combines big, spiked, heavy duty tires, durable full-travel suspension parts and a very generous ground clearance. The off-road buggy can take on all types of rough terrain. You and your son can chose from two-wheel or four-wheel drive to get started on revving up your engines.
